Large clear display and comprehensive programming possibilities. However, I have stayed with the pre-programmed default set-up. Fine for me and no work to do. Instructions are very clear. Very pleased with the upgrade from the EP2000 to the EP2.

No problem with ordering required item, packaging and delivery satisfactory. A discrepancy in the paperwork that accompanied the item had to be addressed urgently as it concerned payment. Two attempts to contact the company have been ignored necessitating contact with my bank in person, not easy in the present climate, and took up considerable time.

An exact replication of the old programmer. This had two programmes as did the old controller but I thought it at an option for a third which I would have preferred.

Big improvement on the old controller. The previous one lasted 30 years and then one of the relays packed up. I hope this replacement will last as long. It looks much nicer too.
