The CalMag magnetic scale inhibitor is suitable for installation on cold water lines for preventing the formation of limescale. The unit comes complete with 2 x 15mm compression fittings.

Installation
  • Turn off the water supply.
  • Drain relevant pipework or system where the CalMag-15 unit is to be installed.
  • Allow time for the system to cool down if fitted in line.
  • Cut pipework to suit length of unit. For best results install at least 1 metre away from an appliance.
  • Push the unit into place, ensuring that the fittings are pushed fully into position.
  • Tighten the compression fittings to make a seal.
  • Re-open the system slowly.
  • Check for leaks.
